Afete jumping through the hoops how do I make my point on a purchase that I didn't receive? I've contacted the seller,"Sherop" 4 times and filed 2 claims with P.P.! The tracking # the seller provided were useless ( in house #,s) . I purchased 2 items and only received 1. The seller tells me there were 2 shipped. The package arrived unopened ,sucurely sealed in plastic shipping bag. Any help will be appreciated!

Which dispute did you open?

If you opened non receipt of item then why would you do so if you received an item?
