My account was limited for personal account, then i have upgraded to business account and still the limitations was their and my money was still holds wherein in fact it was already available on my account.
Same, I feel like my money is being held hostage. I give all the information they ask for and it still says limited. I try to contact them.. It seems like there is no staff at all.
