Thank you for posting to the MTS Community.

If you are using a shopping cart, your shopping cart provider will provide you with the Instant Payment Notification URL that works with your shopping cart.

If you are coding your own IPN here is the documentation:

If you are testing IPNs in sandbox you can use https://webhook.site for testing purposes, an IPN url listener for testing is provided.
