I need help. I bought something from a website using PayPal. I was not a member at the time. My credit card has been charged and the item was supposedly shipped. I never received the item. The tracking number I was given was invalid so I can't track the item. I can't get to a person in customer service. When I try resolutions on the website I can't get anywhere because I wasn't a member at the time so no activity shows up in my account. No one answered my email. How do I contact someone who will look into the matter?

Open a dispute in the Resolution Center to get the process started.
