Hello I really need help because PayPal take my funds it's said I have to pay the acceptable use policy my 20000pesos take by paypal

PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing balance in any PayPal account you control.

Nothing to do with me and if paypal have forfeited the funds under that policy then you won't get them unfortunately.
