Guest payments

Hey guys, When someone tries to make purchase without having credit or debit card somtimes on paypal it says pay by credit or debit card and sometimes it says create an account. Please help.

This experience is driven by browser cookies. If you're using a browser where PayPal has been signed in to at some point, then it's going to assume you would be using that again, and it won't show the guest checkout option as prominently. If you clear your browser cache you would probably notice that it then shows you the option to use credit/debit card.

If you integrate the new Smart Payment Buttons via the web service APIs (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/) then you can control this, and the experience in general is a lot better.
