Good day @seidajax04,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

We recommend merchants to use Business type PayPal accounts.

https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/what-is-the-difference-between-personal-and-business-accoun...

Could you please try now connecting via your primary email address of PayPal Business account.

Please make sure your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations

Important : PayPal returned API error code 13122 - Transaction refused - Transaction violates PayPal User Agreement.

Cause  : A transaction was refused and can't be completed because it violates the PayPal User Agreement.

Solution  : Contact PayPal Customer Service to determine what part of the User Agreement is in question.

Please refer the guide link : https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/why-did-i-get-api-error-code-13122-ts2048

Sincerely,

Chiranjeevi

Please make PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations

Regarding UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY error, I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of your third party platform eCommerce to cross check and pass valid API request calls to PayPal system.

Please refer the instructions provided in the below guide link

https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/reference/orders/v2/errors/#create-order

If your still facing the issue, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with detailed error information.

Hello, Mr. Kudo,

I am experiencing this issue, and many others are facing the same problem when using various WordPress websites with different themes. The problem seems to be originating from PayPal. Please be aware that I am a developer.
