my store built by woocommerce and i've setup Paypal as payment gateway
but i tried to make test payment this msg. appear:
Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-COMPLIANCE_VIOLATION
and what i should do? While my account is personal and not for business or i should create business account?

We recommend merchants to use Business type PayPal accounts.
Could you please try now connecting via your primary email address of PayPal Business account.
Please make sure your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations.
Important : PayPal returned API error code 13122 - Transaction refused - Transaction violates PayPal User Agreement.
Cause : A transaction was refused and can't be completed because it violates the PayPal User Agreement.
Solution : Contact PayPal Customer Service to determine what part of the User Agreement is in question.

Thanks a lot @MTS_Chiranjeevi I've created business account and linked paypal account to my website (woocommerce) but this msg. appear
- PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED The merchant account is restricted.
according to that i have uploaded my ID to verify my account is it right?

Yes, Please make sure your PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations.
Please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.
They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.

I've Created business account and i've sent ID and i've got this email from support:
We reviewed the information you provided for Reference ID - PP-L-398847352756 and have removed the limitation placed. You’ll now be able to access any feature that was limited before. |
We appreciate your patience in helping us resolve this issue. |
but still this error msg. appear:

what i should do now?!

Please make PayPal Business account is verified and confirmed without any account limitations.
Regarding UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY error, I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of your third party platform eCommerce to cross check and pass valid API request calls to PayPal system.
