Failed integration of client Paypal Account to the website

We are able to integrate two of ours accounts while checking at our end. But when we are trying to integrate Client Account the error is coming.
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."

What could be the reason
Please help to resolve the issue.
