Error receive money from Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) over NVR

Hi, I'm from Czech Republic, my Account is Bussiness. I need receive money from Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) on our eshops.
I write solution over NVR, when i Call method SetExpressCheckout for PayPal its OK, I get back TOKEN and next call GetExpressCheckoutDetails -> DoExpressCheckoutPayment. But when I call method for Card -> DoDirectPayment, will not return to me TOKEN in sandbox.

 

If I call it on LIVE, will return ErrorCode: 10565 ErrorShortMsg: Merchant country unsupported2e.

 

Is possible use DoDirectPayment on my account or not?

If not which function I must call for receive money from Visa, MasterCard?
