Error on checkout page of my shopify store

hello, sir I am Suresh Kumar my Shopify store is goflin.co when I am checking from my store it shows an error " we are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. please go back to the merchant and try using different payment method." How can I resolve this issue, many customers contacted me, they were also facing this error too... Please help me to resolve this error so I can run my store smoothly! This is the error shown on my store.
