Error Code Recurring Orders: CUSTOM 4 WEEK (UNCOND)

Some of our Australia recurring orders started failing and the error message was "CUSTOM 4 WEEK (UNCOND)".  Need to know what this error message is in reference to.  Is this a Braintree question?  Braintree is our processor.
