Encrypted payments error

Our Public Key Certificate expired.

We updated a new one to PayPal and updated our server with the new cert ID. But now customers get an error "The email address for the business is not present in the encrypted blob. Please contact your merchant."

Please help!

Exact same problem here just now Bill.  Did you get to the bottom of it?

Ah ha, sorted it.  My private key had 600 privileges; changing it to 644 did the job.
