Effect of changing PayPal primary email on ecommerce setup

I am an administrator for a PayPal ecommerce setup on a website. The owner just changed her PayPal primary email to an new email. She wants to delete the old email and use the new primary email. After the old email is deleted, will PayPal continue to accept our website payments as before, or do we have to reconfigure our ecommerce PayPal setup?
