Does this mean I'm ineligible for Live transactions?

If this means I'm ineligible for Live transactions, what's the resolution? Who/how do I contact someone? 

(my client id and secret id are in my Developer Dashboard)

any help is appreciated

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

Upon checking the attached screenshot, you have PayPal Business account. 

 

To process and accept Live transactions, merchants should create LIVE production PayPal Business account and generate LIVE API credentials based on your website setup and trigger API calls from website to LIVE PayPal endpoints. 

 

Please follow the below steps to access your LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e User Name, Password & Signature) via your LIVE PayPal Business account:

Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.

Steps to access REST API credentials(i.e Client ID & Secret) via developer portal. 

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> My apps & credentials >> toggle "LIVE" >> create "App" >> fill required details >> you can able to access your LIVE REST API (Client ID & Secret).
