Hello. I have a subscription-based membership program through MemberPress. In the Fall, I transferred my membership from one domain to another. SiteGround, my hosting solution, said that everything should transfer seamlessly. PayPal looked like it was all set up correctly but now I'm having issues (see below). Should I have done something differently?
I just launched my open-enrollment period for my membership again. When they use PayPal, it creates the subscription and transaction immediately, giving my clients access, but it expires the very next day. This is not a WooCommerce/Memberpress issue. I have it set properly to recur every month. It appears this is a webhook issue. I have included a screenshot of my PayPal area inside of MemberPress/WooCommerce.
thank you!
