Dispute

I had 2 cases against a seller and I opened a dispute but they failed to get in touch with PayPal I didn't know I had to escalate the dispute further and now I think my money is now gone.

I am soooo frustrate with Pay Pal that I am probably not going to use it every again.  Sad

Cant upload docs to prove the seller  did not deliver goods.  have tried repeatedly.  Something always goes wrong.

Poor customer service.  

I guess the crooks are always right.
