My issue should be an easy fix but I have spent days on it. The customer purchases a downloadable book (Bluehost/WordPress/WooCommerce), payment is made, both the buyer and I receive notification, funds are shown as received on my Webpage. The problem is that the last page of notification by PayPal remains on the web display, no button or indication of how to proceed, no closure.
I have turned the on button in Website payments/Website preferences for directing PayPal back to my website and have included the correct URL statement. A tech at PayPal stated that all was set up correctly but that I needed to make a change in the WordPress/Woocommerce settings. My webhost informs me that my page is set up correctly.
