Didnt receive my Money Although i Had an order

Hello, So i Just tried to Order something from my own Shop Without having added any payment Options, but i used PayPal to buy a product from my Store, so now Here i am with No Money on my Account and asking myself how to get it. I also asked the Shopify Support and they Said that a payment has to be done on Paypal Express Checkout to Finish the Order. They also told me to contact PayPal to confirm the Status of this payment. Hope you can Help me

Can you please cross check whether your website is in LIVE mode.

If you have sandbox test mode activated in your website built via eCommerce Shopify, the reported payment might have processed in sandbox test environment. 

This should be the reason why your unable to fetch the payment attempt in your LIVE PayPal account.
