We recently went live with PayPal smart buttons and I am getting reports of long delays between the time an order is placed and when the confirmation e-mail from PayPal is received. We didn't see any such delay during sandbox testing and refund messages are received almost immediately. Has anyone else had an issue with delayed confirmation messages or know anything about them?
