HELLO, I MADE A DISPUTE 2019 FOR AN ITEM I DIDNT RECEIVE. THE COMPANY SAID THEY SENT THE ITEM OUT WHICH WAS A LIE AND PAYPAL DROPPED MY CASE SIDING WITH THE COMPANY. I HAVENT RECEIVED THE ITEM YET. ITS ONLY $30 BUT I WANT MY MONEY. THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY SENT HAS A RESULT STATING THE ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED FOR USPS TO SHIP IT OUT. WHAT DO I DO?
Unfortunately you only had 10 days to appeal paypals decision and provide information to show the item was not delivered to you.
As its well into 2020 you are now way too late.
You could try your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way? See if they will do a chargeback for you if its within the 120-180 days that they normally allow.
