Customers not able to purchase my good on sellfy.com

Hello people,

When customers try to buy my product and initiate the payment through paypal,

Paypal gives them a message saying "We couldn't complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again check you account or contact us."

Why is this?

It would be great if anyone could help me out!
