Every time we try test our payment section on our app before releasing it allows us to put in our credit card detail but then displays this message every time
Ive been on the phone with paypal for two weeks trying to sort it out and each person gives info that isnt correct and blames the last person for not knowing. ive spent almost 8hrs on the phone with paypal
