Why can't I create the message (appeal) to the Customer Care Center?
This option was available in December 2020 but now I can't find the button to contact the operator.However, my question is about test and live URLs for payouts: what are the actual URLs for payouts?
Now I can see that the test URL in the current integration is different.Current URLs:
https://ipnpb.paypal.com - live
https://ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com - test
And in your document the test URL is https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/So, what are the actual URLs for payouts?
