Through Standard PayPal buttons, this is not currently available since the standard buttons are specific to PayPal Hosted Pages. Buyers will always be prompted to login to PayPal on a PayPal Hosted Page. Even with Guest Checkout buyers are given an option to create a PayPal account, if they would like to do so.
If you integrate Advanced Debit and Credit Cards, this can be achieved. Advanced Debit and Credit Cards allows Direct Credit Card Processing on your website.

If you do not have a web developer, your other option is to use a 3rd Party Shopping Cart that is integrated with Advanced Debit and Credit Cards.
This list of shopping carts are integrated with the PayPal Commerce Platform, which includes Pay Later, PayPal, and Advanced Debit and Credit Cards.

Your other option is to use a web developer to setup Credit Card processing on your website.
