Complete purchase button not working

Complete purchase button not working for the past week. After logging in and clicking on the button there is no response, not even an error message. I have tried with multiple browsers and multiple computers, to no avail. Any help much appreciated.

I have written a few times to the customer service reps suggesting they send out a letter to all of their customers saying that there is a problem with the buttons that many people are experiencing that sales cannot be completed. They responded by saying they don't want to do that because it would only create confusion. It's better not to admit there's a problem. I think this is a terrible way to run a business. At least people in the dark searching for answers.

Thank you very much for your comment. I was starting to think I was alone with this issue. I totally agree with you that Paypal should have handled this better. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because I have already been waiting for over a week.

I'm working in sandbox environment and yesterday my first purchase went through, today I am struggling with my code and it seems that you are completely right! Why they can't give an error message that system is not working?

Thank you for your comment. I wish Paypal would have let us know about this issue and I would not have wasted my time every day trying to debug the issue with different browsers, PCs, etc. Let's hope it gets fixed soon.

They have completely dropped the ball. I am switching to a new credit card purchase company. I am fed up!

I've tried a Mac using Safari, Windows using both Chrome and Edge, and my iPhone over three different internet providers. It's been over a week since I could pay my bill.
