Check out error : oops something went wrong

I have successfully integrated PayPal in e commerce site. Payments below 1000$ are getting succeeded but if anyone makes more than 1000$ payment then it says "rksonline.in says oops something went wrong". It doesn't even enter the payment page after loading in checkout earlier mentioned error message appears. What to do with this case ?

I have the same problem. I have less than $1000 and it won't let me withdraw the money. It's a felony. I need my money, because I'm planning on using PayPal for other financial transactions for my business. I'm attempting to contact someone by phone right now.
