I noticed changes in Paypal that are not satisfactory. I received an automatic and recurring charge Of $9.99 for payment of taxes on the products I purchased. I do not remember authorizing such a charge. Then, I went to the chat services --it was not working. I will close my account because of this unauthorized purchase and am so disappointed in Paypay. Does anyone else have this problem? and how did you handle it?

I request to please follow the below steps via your PayPal account to access subscription profiles.
Login to your PayPal account >> click "settings" icon >> go to "Payments" tab >> Manage automatic payments
