Change account from product to a service service

Looking for help, I recently received a payment and it was put on hold. I do not offer product I offer a service how do I change my account to service instead of selling a product? Thanks

There's no need to change your account. No matter if you have business or personal account, if you receive payment for goods and services, it may be subject to PayPal's 21 day funds availability hold.

If you offer a service: click "Add Tracking Info" button in transaction details to select an order status, then ask sender to "confirm receipt" to release funds.
