I think it will be easier if you get a login to my website.
You can also get an ftp login.
I do not see the error and have no log.
It will be nice if you make a test purchase on the website, then you can see the error, please.

I see from the screenshot that the errors is being triggered on your shopping cart/eCommerce.
Would you mind checking with their technical support? Can they provide more information? Logs?
The request doesn't seem to arrive to our side.
