From looking briefly on google it looks like this is a massive issue for many people. It is now frustratingly an issue for me. I have been able to use my paypal to send and receive money find up until a couple of days ago. The card suddenly needs confirmation, with a code that is NOT shown anywhere on my online banking app statement. I have needed to send money to a friend urgently for a couple of days, money in the wallet, this shouldn’t have anything to do with my visa card and I should be able to send this money straight out of my wallet! Please help.
