Cannot login to PayPal merchant support site (paypal-support.com)

Hi.

 

I have a technical issue on a business account I want to create a ticket about, so trying to use paypal-support.com as linked from developer.paypal.com.

 

  • If I try to "login with PayPal" using the primary business account I get redirected back to the login page on paypal-support, not logged in.

 

  • If I try to "login with PayPal" with another account, I get the same.

 

  • If I try to log in on paypal-support directly with an account that works on paypal.com, I'm told "Your access is disabled. Contact your site administrator."

 

  • If I try to register a new account on paypal-support I'm told "You must enter a valid Billing Country for this Account (2 character country code)" - billing country being a field that doesn't exist on the registration form, only "country" which is selected.

 

I've tried this on Firefox and Chrome latest.

 

Any advice on how to solve these problems so I can get support with our actual problems is welcome.
