I can’t transfer my balance in to my bank account

A bit of information would be helpful if you want advice.

 

New account or new issue?

Withdrawn funds before?

Trying to withdraw to a bank account or debit card?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in GBP?

Have you confirmed your bank account once you added it?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Did you confirm your debit card after adding it?

If withdrawing to a card does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

What error message do you get?

Is this on the app or the web?

Have you tried using app instead of web or vice versa?

Have you tried another device or another browser?
