Recently we finalized our web page using WordPress. We are using PayPal Checkout Gateway from Woocommerce as a plug-in to connect PayPal with our website. Today, when our costumers tried to purchase our products to them, showed "PayPal error 13122" followed by "To comply with government regulation, this transaction has been declined". We want that besides being able to pay with PayPal, our customers can purchase also by using their Credit/Debit Card. We followed every step on connecting the plug-in by using the given APIs, also by making sure that the account to be a Business PayPal. The website URL is (adaherbs.al).
Please we need your help, on why is this happening and what can we do so it can work.
