Can't manage API because "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"

Hello,
I tried to access to my API credentials, the site try to called my work number, I wonder why since my primary phone is the mobile, it didn't work 3 three times, now it's blocked and says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you".
What can i do?
