Can't connect Paypal Express with Shopify store

hello, I Can't ingrate PayPal express to my Shopify store however I followed all configurations steps.

Also, 

* I clean all browser cookies

* I change the browser

* I change materiel

I try to don't let any traces but always no solution

please help
