Can I as the admin, take a cut of every transaction that is made between users on my web app with PayPal's Commerce marketplace api?
I am building a web app which simulates an online marketplace, where users can pay other users for their services. I understand i can do this using Paypal's commerce marketplace api.
Now my question is, can i as the admin, take a cut/percentage of every transaction that takes place between the users?
If so, how could i go about implementing this? Any documentation? guidance?
