We've recently started using Little Green Light as our CRM and wanted to employ the PayPal integration. We turned it on and all of a sudden people who had contributed to us earlier this year and last started receiving emails confirming their donations. We received several forwards from donors asking if we had charged their cards again or what had happened. We turned the integration off to make sure it didn't do it further, but we want to be able to turn it back on to make the donation info go into the CRM much more efficiently. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
