Button email links not working - links to members content

When I go through the process of setting up a new button like I've done many times before and general an email link - the link doesn't work.

 

Instead when I try to link to it I get a message which says "Things don't appear  to be working at the moment.  Please try again later."   This has been happening for the last 24 hours.

 

Is it a glitch in the system?  Is it being rectified?  Or has the system changed?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
