1- I used the following link to generate payment process but the response from PayPal server "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.", but test environment work fine. URL: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick&business=BusinessId&first_name=Yasser&... Balance&address1=Defualt Address One&address2=Defualt Address Two&country=US&city=Defualt City&state=Defualt State&zip=1234&rm=2 -I'm added a new user to this account and replaced business Id in above URL by a new user email, URL works fine but my balance not increase although payer account decrease his balance.
