I want to know why can't I put my Saudi Arabian bank account on my accounts because there is balance but I want to withdraw but it says that you need a bank account and I want to withdraw to my credit card can this happen?

You should be able to withdraw to a card in your country.

Has the card you are using been linked and confirmed with the code sent to your card statement?

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
