I have noticed that in some purchases that I make, the payment appears in my Paypal account but the collection is only made weeks later in my Bank account. As an example I bought 2 softwares and the payment appears in my Paypal account but it is more than 5 days already and it has not yet been charged to my aggregate bank account. What is the reason for taking so much time? How can I ensure that the charge does not take more than 24 hours?
