I have linked everything, the IPN is enable, and PayPal won't forward my money to me. were talking $60 so nothing monumental, but its the principle. they are fine to take money out of this account. they take money out every month! but won't put money in. the business account has been linked for almost a year, but nothing to sell until recently.
