Auto-return not working correctly

We have auto return setup and if we copy the PayPal url in a new tab it returns correctly however, in the standard pop up window that is generated when someone clicks the PayPal button on our website the transaction completes and we get a Chrome error message.


Any ideas what could be causing this? And does anyone have a way to get in touch with PayPal as it seems like they hide their contact info!
