I ordered a folding stool to use in garden back in early May. I never received anything from the seller which was from China. I filed a resolution and just today they denied it. I did receive a few days ago a tool pouch that you would hang from the stool, but not the actual product. Pay Pal says to contact the seller which I have done several times to no avail. We are only talking $25 but it is totally unfair for Pay Pal to agree with the seller and not us buyers. Apparently they believe someone in China more than me. Is there anyway to appeal this thing or do I just wrap it up as a lost cause?
