Adding Paymants Pro Uk to Shopify - I cannot for the life of me get this to work, i have added the API crednetials and thepassword but it still will not work, am i missing something here??

I understand that you are currently experiencing an error code:10548 while integrating Payments Pro with Shopify. This error is typically encountered in the PayPal Sandbox test environment and is related to the setup of the PayPal Sandbox account PRO.

 

Error code:  10548

Short message:  "Invalid Configuration"

Long message:  "This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions."

Here's how to enable PayPal Payments Pro on a Sandbox test account:

 

  1. Log in to your PayPal Developer account.
  2. At the top of the page, click Dashboard.
  3. Click Accounts under Sandbox on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the email address for the account for which you would like to enable Payments Pro.
    Note: Only Business accounts can have Payments Pro enabled.
  5. Click Profile under the email address.
  6. Click Upgrade to Pro.
  7. Click Enable.

 

Once your sandbox business account is upgraded to PRO, you should be able to integrate and perform DoDirectPayment API calls.

Hi and thankyu for your reply, ok so we have Paypal account running on 2 websites, would i be able to just have Paypal Express on one and Paypal Payments Pro + Express on the other one?

Is setting up Apyments Pro in Shopify as easy as adding the credentials to the Shopify Payment section or do I have to add code?
