I am trying to finish setting up my account and I keep getting the notification asking me to update my information? When I put in the information they say I need and click save, it says they are having technical difficulties and to check back later? Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

There are many different reason(s) you can receive that error message and it would be best for you to Contact Support to help troubleshoot the issue.

It could be you are on PayPal via a bookmark or similar
Try and go on straight from your web browser
