Is anybody else finding it impossible to use their pay pal account freely. Because that is my problem. I cant withdraw money, send money, make online purchases, or make in store purchases. Basically I cant touch my money for anything and I need access to my money.

i needed to know my account is first time to created why my money still not going to released it please help me them to bring back to normal as i am using first time this paypal i never know what to do i am front liner i needed that money soonest ad possible please bring it back by normal thanks
