Hello,
I have a service package system which customers pay using PayPal...
I was wondering if there is a setting that can be added to ask for the customers company name by default...
I will appreciate the help...

Unfortunately there's no built in options or features for prompting someone to include their business name. If you're using item button code, you can then include a text input box for that, that can be done easily with online button creator. And it's also possible to tweak the button code with a script to make that text input box a requirement, this type of code would have to be manually created.
