Hi Guys
When setting up Paypal for my customers on my shopify business website the paypal email was missing an r in it. This wasn't picked up untill last night when i went to check my paypal account and said $0 and there should be over $2600 of payments. I have deactivated paypal on the website now but how can i assess that money. I have tried calling but they are closed.

That email address has to be established with its own account/inbox, then once you do that, add the email address to your PayPal account, confirm the email address, then the money will show up. If you don't do that, that money will all go back to the senders after 30 days unclaimed automatically.
Update the PayPal email address to the correct one in your Shopify set up, as the email address that's to receive the payments from this point on.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
