Using mobile phone to process credit cards

I know I can request money from people who do not hae a paypal account by sending an email, can people without a paypal account pay using a mobile phone also?

Excellent question!  Payments via mobile phone do require the registration of an account, as the phone must be tied in to a pre-existing account.
